The steep learning curve of fortress actually proves the benefit of teamwork. This requires people get together in the real world. I am setting up a server version at the office-collective where I work. I plan to invite a few people to play the game, to play LAN, as well as to play in a team in a competition. Throw them in the deep end, I say.

Looks like the team might not collect. I've moved back to edinburgh, and only two people have agreed to get together... so, might be a bye if they don't get their act together. If they do, be nice. It is their first game, first fortress, first ladle. -[[User:2020|2020]] 13:13, 6 February 2009 (PST)
