[not sure if this team is legit... they made a mess of entering, deleting other teams and so on... maybe it was a mistake... their name may be a clue...--2020 02:18, 17 September 2006 (CDT)

It has been suggested that one of the ways we can make the event more exciting is by experienced players starting up new teams. For example, anarchic wanderers players will each or in pairs, start up a new team. They will be responsible for recruiting new players, training them up, and presenting them at the next Tronic Ladle. Could be fun.

Ladle-4/Challenge Board

62.254.64.16: /* Challenge Board */

Ladle-4

The Challenge Board is designed to make the pairing of teams easier. Team Captains should take careful note of how to make best use of this system.

The following list is provisional structure, timing, and location of games based on maximum of 8 teams. Additional rounds will be inserted if required. There is a choice of servers to allow predominantly American teams an opportunity to play in a low-ping grid.

Quarter Finals 7.30pm GMT
* Team 1 challenges Team 2 on Fortress
* Team 3 challenges Team 4 on AST Fortress
* Team 5 challenges Team 6 on US Fortress or Wildwest - Fortress (bugfarm)
* Team 7 challenges Team 8 on LOD Lords of Destruction Fortress Server

Semi Finals 8.15pm GMT
* Team 1/2 challenges Team 3/4 on AST Fortress
* Team 5/6 challenges Team 7/8 on US Fortress or LOD Lords of Destruction Server Fortress Server

Finals 9pm GMT
* Team 1/2/3/4 challenges Team 5/6/7/8 on AST Fortress or US Fortress

Server allocation depends on what servers are available on the night. Check the discussion page to see recent availability of servers providing Standard Fortress Settings, and feel free to propose alternatives. Ultimately, Team-Captains will decide.

Challenge Board
* Team 1 is...
* Team 2 is...
* Team 3 is... Tronic Monkeys
* Team 4 is... Holers
* Team 5 is...
* Team 6 is...
* Team 7 is...
* Team 8 is...

Please note, it is for Team Captains only to issue challenges by locating their teams appropriately on the board. Your placement on this list establishes the entire bracket for the night. Consult your team and determine who you wish to play and where; consider ping, and the subsequent play-offs after the first round. The last date for alteration of the Challenge Board is 00.00 GMT 1st October 2006, the day of the 4th Tronic Ladle.

Please do not replace another team-name with yours. Fill only vacant spaces. In this way, Team Captains have a way of jockeying for position.

Provisional Brackets
This will be filled out on the 1st October, and confirmed before the first game. Results will be added throughout the competition.
