Organised Matches

2008-12-09T00:09:51Z

Sebol158: /* Players */

Introduction
These are regular matches that are for the "majority". The rules are decided by the "majority". It is run by the "majority". I am starting it off.

If people are not happy with anything so far then we can change it or add to it.

Guidelines and Rules
* Anyone can add a rule or a guideline, conflicts will be solved on forums --K-Yo
* Don't modify other's rules, add your own next to it and solve any conflict on forums --K-Yo

Registering
Match Start
* Teams are formed "on the spot" i.e. you join the team you wish, players will try to avoid too uneven teams --K-Yo

During Match
* If there is a conflict and no rule about it, the admin of the match has the last word, and a talk on forums about the issue (and creating a rule about it) is strongly advised --K-Yo

* If a player joins without being on the list, he can take any available spot, but if a registered player comes before the end of the first match they will switch after the end of the first match. If a registered player comes after the first match is over, he cannot take someone else's spot by force (or admin help) --K-Yo

Match 1
Ladle-4/Team List

2006-09-14T20:19:20Z

Sebol158: /* proN00bz ];) (4 Players) */

Ladle-4

The Fourth Tronic Ladle will be played on Sunday 1st October with the finals at 9pm GMT (US: 5pm EDT, 3pm MDT, 4pm CDT, UK: 10pm BST, DE: 23:00 CEST).

Form a team or add your name to one. The following list is provisional: actual players on the day may be different. It is merely a record of intention. Please indicate a Team-Captain. This is a very important role and requires reasonable responsibility -- choose carefully.

Tronic Monkeys (1 Player)
*2020 (declaring myself captain, but only until a better one is established...)

* $ubzero [yes alex u will :D ]

Wraith Squadron (3 Players)
New sign-ups welcome, please try to attend practice sessions.

It has been suggested that one of the ways we can make the event more exciting is by experienced players starting up new teams. For example, anarchic wanderers players will each or in pairs, start up a new team. They will be responsible for recruiting new players, training them up, and presenting them at the next Tronic Ladle. Could be fun.

4 Team Fortress Tourney 1

2006-08-26T11:43:34Z

Sebol158: /* Crazy Tronners */

*I was just thinking that it would be nice to have a mini tournament of 4 clans that all play at the same time. It would be more of a 4-way-clanwar. I'm posting the tournament here on the wiki so everyone could see it. I hope to do many of these mini 4-way-clanwars.
*So basically the war will take place in my server called 4 Team Fourtress {By WPN Clan}. On the day of the war I will change the name to 4 Way Clan War {team1 vs team2 vs team3 vs team4}. Not too complicated. (This server is located in Germany just if you were wondering.
*The first 4 clans that sign up for this tourney are the only 4 that can. If your clan doesn't sign up, wait for the next tourney.
*There will be 4 players per team. Write down 4 players that you KNOW CAN MAKE IT! Then write down 2 alternates that will be on stand-by if one person can't make it.
*It will be first clan to win 5 matches wins the tourney. Each match is up to 200 points.
*Please pick a team captain for each clan
*The date and time will be determined by the team captains using the discussion section of this topic.
*That's about it. If you have any questions just post them in the discussion section of this topic.

International Tron World Cup

2006-07-13T13:29:14Z

Sebol158: /* Poland */

Rules
All fortress players can participate in this tournament. Just post your name under the name of your country. Please write your name without clan tags.

This is organized in countries, if your country isn't here down, edit this page and add it, it will be nice if you respect the alphabetic order. The country has to exists!!! Maybe if the team growns a lot can make 2 teams, like east and west, it goes 4 usa :P, plz no invented names.

After all interested players register we will update this page with all the instructions of the tournament. Meanwhile here are some details:

The main plan is that it will be a fortress tournament, played in play-offs mode, when teams are ready, there will be a picture showing the brackets of the road to Tron World Cup. And if it is possible we will try to respect football world cup brackets :D

In case of some countries goes short, there will be a alliances, the way they will be is trying to join to another geo-near (example: spain+portugal->iberia, austria+switc->alps, nordics, ...) or just fusion with other short team (we will try to respect issues like belgium and netherland one :P).

A short team will be one with less than 5 players, this will be the minimum numbers of players to play a match.
