Objective

Short and simple: To give players an opportunity to play and/or organize a tournament that strikes their fancy. Not all players are mystified by zones.

Blue Prints

  • Each team must come to the Assemble page, edit their name into the appropriate team. If your clan or team is not registered, you need to do so before you edit in your name. If you are the team captain, make sure you write (Team Captain) after your name.
  • You can sign up as many people as you want for your team, there is no limit. You play 8v8 in the ladle, but due to lengthy circumstances, each team will be only allowed to participate 4 players to play in each match. If the other team does not have 4 players, you can still play. It is infinitely easier to win a math in high rubber when you are against 1 v 4 odds than it is in fortress.
  • To clarify for Kryalot (Very good name to pick), you must sign up AT LEAST 4 players. But if 4 players do not show, then you may play 4v3, 4v2, etc.
  • To further clarify for Kryalot, PsYkO organizes the tournament.
  • NEW SCORING - For each kill, the individual will get 0 points (previously 1), for each team win, the team will get 1 point (previously 1). A team will win a match when they gather 5 points (5 round wins)
  • There are many different ways to trap someone in high rubber, and some aren't viewed very highly among the high rubber "elders." These include camping, cornering, sealing, speeding, or wall-whoring. However, in this particular tournament, you are allowed to do all of them. Just like in fortress you can hole or take the win zone. Nevertheless, the worst thing to do is to camp, if you do camp expect some foul words to come your way on the Back Talk page.

New Rules/Clarifications

  • Instant Kills - Instant kills can be decided to count/not count if the players decide on it. The decision is decided by 50%+ of the vote. Listed are the pros and cons:

Not counting instant kills

   * There is no difficulty keeping track of the score
   * Prevents people from trying to gain an advantage by raising their ping and speeding
   * Prevents people from having to react to people trying to gain that advantage (or whom just have high ping)

For counting instant kills

   * It's easier to not keep track of if some kills didn't count.

Counting Rounds - The scoring will be the same, Each kill gets their team 1 point, each win gets their team 1 point.

Team Restrictions - A team must signup 4 members. During the tournament, teams must compete with equal numbers (2v2 or 3v3 etc). If needed, you can use people who weren't signed up in time, or are signed up on a different team. No solo teams and team signups are under the control of the organizer.

Spectators - The only people allowed to be in the game are: All of the players on the team. The admin of the game, and the admin of the tournament (PsYkO) A team representative, if the team wins their match, and plays the team of the match being held. Say Team 1 wins, and they play the winner of team 3 and 4 in the semi finals. The captain of team 1 can join the battle between team 3 and team 4.
