Legit
Well im going to agree with 2020, we shuld limit our players and start sticking to the rules that are posted, but also it was very nice ladle tournament had alot of fun, even though i just defended till i lagged out against SS with no attacks, ill be lookin forward to the next one ;)
2020
Well, I knew I should have jockeyed position, because we went up against a team full of excellent players. Something something played a cagey game, playing defencively, staying alive, and once knocking off our attackers, they would pile into the attack with 5v1 at the end, the 1 being legit who was just worn down by attrition. I have to admit, the Tronic Monkeys had severe difficulty organising its team, on-grid, and there were so many fuck ups in defence it was unbelievable... I played badly, my ping was 300 to 500... it was ugly... I am now going to limit the players in TM to ensure that next ladle, we actually pose a realistic threat to the winners of the 6th ladle.

First Round vs °°ps
They were complaining of the unfair teams (5 vs 7), but it was their fault for signing up 7 players. We actually had an 8th their, but we didn't have him play since they only had 7 coming. If they had signed up with 5, then we would've done 5 vs 5. Anyways, TuI had amazing teamwork and we stuffed hay's defense pretty well. On a few occassions, she just had to box herself in. It was very fun. The highlight of it was in the last round of the second match. We had around 90 points and we ALL torpedoed. It was funny since of the 7 of us, only 2 died and all of a sudden 5 TuIers were in the °°ps zone. TuI: 2 °°ps: 0
was this recorded?! that would be nice to show heheh --09:00, 7 January 2007 (CST)
Second Round vs ~*SP*~
This was some great fun. 8 vs 8 (was 9 vs 9 at one point, but SeBoL got disconnected). We let them play with 8 vs 9, then they decided it would be fairer (and less laggy) as an 8 vs 8 game. 1st match was a close one. We fell behind, but rallied to pull it off. The 2nd match was the difference maker. We pulled out to a quick lead and ~*SP*~ couldn't figure out how to stop us (100-26 that match). TuI: 2 ~*SP*~: 0
Third Round (Finals) vs ?? (Team somethingsomething)
Amazing amount of talent out there. It was 6 vs 8 (we had 8) for about 3/4 of the match (I missed one match and dookatee dropped out 5 times due to bad connection). If ?? had taken 1 more of their players and made them attack, we would've won in a landslide. Instead, they played the smartest type of defense. Pez had a small zig-zaggy defense and had 3 sweepers. We would compress Pez, but then 1 of his helpers would come in and trap us. Often times we would have a huge advatage and almost conquere the zone, but then we would get trapped. Amazing sweepers. TuI: 1 ??: 3
Congrats to ??

I think that we could have done way better if we were more organized, and also if we had trained as a full team before, (say maybe on friday night or on saturday) but over all, i do think that SomethingSomething was just a alround better team.
