What are the arrows round around your opponents or enemy cycle's?
The arrow display the amount of lag the other players have. Lag is a delay caused by the internet or downloads. The enemy cycle might be anywhere inside the arrow.
But note that it might be inaccurate for the following reasons: - update arrives late. - update doesn't arrive at all. - it assumes constant speed, at most two turns, and the standard 4 axes.
