Winlibs Collection
From Armagetron Advanced
Those are collections for various dependencies (SDL, SDL_mixer, SDL_image, libxml2, iconv, ZThread), that are required to compile Armagetron on Windows. They need to be placed exactly at a folder being called "winlibs" and residing in the same parent folder where the Armagetron source code folder is. For example if your armagetron source code folder is at C:\armagetron-src, then place the winlibs collection at C:\winlibs.
