You probably meant <nowiki></nowiki>. ;-)
Wikipedia and the MediaWiki wiki have lots of docs on how to use this wiki. I think we should link to them for now.

wasnt sure where to ask this, but is there a list of all sysop and ranks and etc? same with registered users? can you make one if not?

There's no list, and I don't really think we need one. Well, there are some lists available in the super-secret admin backend, but not much.
