There are a number of things you can do, as a player, to make the game easier, more fun, or to totally thrash yourself. Here are some of them:
Double Binding
Double Binding is a common technique in which two keys are pressed to turn around quickly.

Are you tired of smart cam? Don't like in-cam? Wouldn't you like to have your own cam?

Use them! By default they are bound to the arrow keys.
